As a last item for #1434, the various point on WorkPlan/Permissions should be reviewed and written up as new stories/tasks.

plone page done (currently at https://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/copy_of_omero4/server/permissions/) and just needs the movie links for web and insight admin to be inserted.
