Guarantee UNIQUE script names

Description (last modified by jmoore)

The may only be marginally possible for the internal repository, but shouldn't be a problem for the FS-based repositories. Note: there are other tickets which speculate as to whether or not we should only have scripts in FS-based repos to make importing, etc. more straight-forward.

Depending on unique files discussion:

  • remove findOriginalFile(string)
  • uploadScript(path, str)
  • everything path-based (stdout/sterr "name")
  • default script identification?

#2261 (esp. #2073) add the scripting repository which handles this logic. The db changes of #1750 make ofile paths unique, but not names. (That is still to be discussed under #1753) Non-official scripts can still be duplicated, but they will be stored in the legacy repo under omero.data.dir so it won't matter.
