FLIM add optimisations to improve accuracy of curve fit.

Description
- The current FLIM script uses the sum of all pixels values in the noFret image to fit the curve, but SPCImage uses a more complex method we should use this in our script.
- The script should use a ROI to select the area to perform FRET
- The script should bin the pixel values for fitting
- The script should use the chi-test values for visualisation and fit.
