Description
Any image can be downloaded as a series of mrc files and opened in Chimera, using the EMAN2 saveImageAs.py script.
This allows for 3D rendering of image Z-stacks.
Client needs to get the mrc files from server and start Chimera. Would also be nice if it could set the colours of each map to the same rendered colours as in OMERO!
