Add new method to speed up the process. Several version of the same script might be in the DB, it will be nice to
- add a List<Long> scriptIDs = getScripts(String scriptName)
- Sync methods i.e. getScripts() returns a map of script ID, script name but getScript(id) returns the whole script. confusing and not sure that's what we want/need.
- uploadOfficialScripts
- getOfficialScripts

Since parameters are cached, we may need a getParams(List<ScriptID>)
