Think about what is possible to write tests for.

Can probably create local EMAN2 images where needed and delete when done.

(In [6517]) This test now covers most of the EMAN2 script functionality. Closes #2137.

r6700. All EM test scripts make projects & datasets under 'root' user, so root can browse the results after tests.
