Description

Would be nice to have a method to poll the server to see if omero.tables is enabled without having to do a openTable() and wait for the service to time out.

(In [6733]) see #2175 - added SharedResources.areTablesEnabled.

Includes a (reduced) global timeout for grid lookups of 5 seconds.
