Upload Spider Images to OMERO

Script that walks a file directory and imports images to OMERO, creating datasets according to the directory path.
Initial goal is to import images ONLY from the Spider project directory.
Will be very easy to include data files if required in future. Simply attach every non-image file to the Dataset that represents the directory.
