Modify original file and pixels in DB for repository usage

Description
After a discussion in Dundee, OriginalFile? needs to have url split into: repo and params. (Path and name need to be worked on); Pixels needs to have url also split, and have the same (hidden) usage of path & name as OriginalFile?

Patch is ready, but won't be committed until later since it requires a database upgrade. Colin, Chris, and I will work on it locally until then.
