Possibly move tags to a text[] on each table

Description
If use of text[] goes well for OriginalFile and/or Namespace, then it may be a good idea for the next major release to move all tag annotations to an array on the object itself: far fewer links, easier exporting (along the lines of what Caitlin has proposed), etc. The namespace object could then possibly be used as a tagse.
