SecuritySystem.managedDetails has to return more than Details

Description

Currently a null Details is being used as a marker for no change. A null Details object is, however, also a valid state for an entity. A Details array or similar holder must be returned.

Fixed by r812 (trunk/components/server/src/ome/security/BasicSecuritySystem.java@812#L415) We now return an referentially identical Details if nothing has been altered.
