Set mimetype for OriginalFiles

Description
When a list of OriginaFiles? is returned from a repository the mimetype needs to be set to as meaningful a value as possible so that clients can deal with files accordingly.

This ticket came out of very early work when the FS imports were being done very differently so I'm not sure if the context has changed here.
Is this acceptable, ie for image files and companion files to not have mimetypes? If so then this ticket can be closed.

It's not great (I would have expected "application/octet-stream" or similar), but for the moment, is certainly ok. If/when we clean up mimetypes generally, we can decide what those values should be.
