uploadOfficialScripts should overwrite invalid scripts

Description

If I have uploaded or edited a script so that it is invalid, I would like to be able to fix it by uploading a valid script to that path.

you're welcome to look at ScriptI and see if you can make the change to accept the overwrites of bad scripts. Otherwise i'll get to it.

Will, this passes existing tests, but you may want to create a new one.
