r7044 Ola tested: slidebook, stk, svs, tif, vevo, visitech, zvi
Metadata test report:
- NDFilter should be displayed in % in webclient, db_value*100
- NDFilter In Insight is align to right, was to left before
- Insight displays [ before Serial metadata
- Exposure time in Insight displayed empty
- STK files lost their names
- stk/23srp5dksub.stk:
- Microscope/Zoom? was 0.0 now is 100.0 in both clients
- Insight do not show Image/Environment/Temperature?, webclient 0.0
- Insight displays Exposure time for t=1 -> 0.0s, Old Inishgt shows much more values for other t. Web does not show this at all.
- Channel/Detectore? was 0.0 now is 100.0 in both clients
- stk/PA-SDS-RFP-CenB_w1GFP_t1.stk:
- Webclient does not show Binning 1x1
- stk/EXPERIMENT38_w1FITC_t1.stk:
- Filed and not appear on the hierarchy. In 4.1 it failed but is there
- BY4741NQ2.zvi:
- Image/Objective? in both clients was Unknowns, now there is not value
- Microscope/Detectore/Type? in both clients was Unknowns, now there is not value
- has 6 channels. Insight does not show them when is more then 4 or 5? Attached screenshot
- VEVO file was not imported at all
