Unknown --> Other

Many enumeration values have switched from unknown to other based on the fact that Bio-Formats is now populating these values. We should check to make sure this is what we want to continue to do going forward.

test_images_metadata/leica-lif/sample files.lif : image 02 - XYch-20x has an example: The objective immersion said 'other' but should be 'air'. Have included a log file in squig called sample_files_lif.log as well.

Also: Lif files have Objective model: "HCX PL APO CS 20.0x0.70 DRY UV" had Immersion: "Air" in 4.1. Not set now. E.g. Martin/sample files.lif [image 02 - XYCh-20x]

Cleaned up the last of the known enumeration mismatches with new regular expressions, closing for now until we have some more to add.
