file is DBTRG 2x 1a1.tif

  • Original Metadata: junk in the one of the header: it should be "series" or something like that but we have Ol?wLwO
  • FITC: Detector Voltage was 402 now 436
  • Transmitted: no Detector Voltage now 402

This means that wrong value was set. Need to investigate

Checked with ​bio-formats:r6389; still a problem. Verified in ImageJ with loci_tools.jar.

Garbage data in original metadata should be fixed in ​bio-formats:r6404.

Detector Voltages have been fixed in ​bio-formats:r6405, but note that they will be different from the values in 4.1. I opened this file in the Olympus Fluoview software (skyking:/data/software/olympus/Viewer/), and found that the correct values were:

FITC: no voltage
Transmitted: 436
