Description
Imported test-images-good/nikon-jp2/DapiFitcTexRed001.jp2
I get 3 channels, "DAPI", "1", "2".
The DAPI channel appears to be bogus, and the plane appears to be made up from horizontal strips of channels 1 & 2, each strip being approx 50 pixels high.

SHA1 of Pixels when imported on 10.6 (id:2109) and 10.5 (id:2110):
omero=# select id, sha1 from pixels where id > 2108 ; id | sha1 ------+------------------------------------------ 2109 | 718b168c5c4de4084930c97fdb828518f6722b1e 2110 | 718b168c5c4de4084930c97fdb828518f6722b1e (2 rows)

Problem only seems to be having when you use the ./importer-gui script under trunk using a 10.5 machine.

Seems to be platform (possibly version) dependent?
Problem arises when using the target/importer-gui on Mac 10.5, not on 10.6.
