Single-Image annotation?

How do I add a tag or comment to a single image?
I can only see how to do 'batch' annotation.
I can't see any links or buttons to allow me to tag another user's image in a collaborative group.

OK - I see it now. For some reason, the green pen icons weren't there before (honest).
Just one comment: It might be nicer to use a '+' icon for Adding a tag, comment, or file. The pen icon makes you think you are editing an existing annotation.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
You can annotate single image when you click on it, then metadata panel will appear on the right hand side. You need to click Annotation tab.
