populate_roi.py broken; still referes to FormatI

Description
populate_roi.py was not updated with the s/format/mimetype/ switch to original files. These I've fixed, but we'll need a round of testing. The unit test is currently failling with:

Chris is away, but we're under the impression that Populate_ROI.py is now working fine. Closing.
(In [7239]) Changed OriginalFile.format to OriginalFile.mimetype in populate_roi.py. See #2211, #2493
