Once CI is running, provide links from tiki to generate Javadocs.

Description

Currently it's possible to link from the tiki documentation to the source code, but for most users it would be less overwhelming if the link were to the javadoc (or both).

The javadocs are now provided on ​hudson. I'll add this link to the trac, but for the moment anyone wanting to link people there should cut and paste the url.
