Move sql/ directory contents to share/

Description

If we are trying for a LSB-style directory structure, then sql should really be share.

As of ​https://github.com/openmicroscopy/openmicroscopy/pull/3943, we do have a share folder under the server. Migrating SQL scripts there should be doable for 5.2 although it has consequences on the documentation and scripts using the current layout (like omego).
