High-availability of OMERO components

Description

Several of OMERO's server components (the processes which run inside of icegridnode) can be run in a highly available (HA) configuration:

  • IceStorm
  • icegridregistry
  • Glacier
  • OMERO itself

For this to happen, no assumptions should be made about the available of binary files (i.e. FS) as well as changes to the deployment style (see #814)
