Bug: omero-4.1-move-to-group.sql fails on auth_group_permissions

Description
If a table exists with only a "group_id" column and no "owner_id" column, then the move-to-group script fails.
It's unclear how such tables are being added. A more robust (possibly a static list) of tables may be necessary.

Ola is of the opinion that such tables can only have gotten into the OMERO db through an un-supported re-configuration on the users side. A follow-up email (see link above) suggested that those tables be removed.
