(In [7635]) General FastCGI fixes (Fixes #2638):

  • Resolved an issue with host / port command line options not being passed to bin/omero web start
  • Added support for FastCGI with a TCP socket (APPLICATION_SERVER='fastcgi-tcp')
  • Fixed the FastCGI UNIX socket startup

Nginx template fixes (Fixes #2639):

  • Moved fastcgi_temp_path to the server stanza
  • Added a proxy_temp_path directive to the server stanza
