User should be able to define an ROI on an image, defining a point of interest in an image.
- A simple interface should allow users to propagate ROI's across channel/time and z-stack.
- ROI's must be able ot be annotated, (classified?)
- must be able to search on ROI's
- must be able to get statistics from ROI's : max intensity, ave. intensity, etc.
- must be able to define relationship between ROI; paternity, other.
- ROI's can consist of line, arrow, polygon, circle, square, freehand tool and mask?
