Description
Currently we've set up the install to VM to work from scripts without user input, but to get started we need to ssh into the VM.
SSH under mac seems to ignore the SSH_ASKPASS env var, can we get this working, if not, we can set up script for hudson on linux box.

You may also have a look at Agilo extensions to the ticket.
Currently the only solution I can find is to create a temporary key, copy it to base VM and delete on completion of install.
