Pixels.relatedTo are properly nulled on delete

The previous deleteImage method tooks efforts to null Pixels.relatedTo to prevent constraint violations. This is not currently handled by the generic framework of queueDelete.
See #1228 for the original delete implementation of relatedTo deletion.
