SPW objects are deleteable

The first versions of spec.xml did not include path specifications for screen, plate and well. These need to be added.
The complexity of these additions come from the reuse of /Image from beneath /Plate after /WellSample? has already been deleted. The completely of id look ups has to be completely reworked, happening during an earlier phase of delete.
