The path attribute of the OMERO OTF model object causes some quite nasty issues of inconsistency due to its "not null" status.
Decision
OTF should probably be removed from the schema, otherwise we will have to model other functions e.g. IRF used in FLIM
In FLIM case, a file annotation is used.

We now have announced that OTF will be removed after 4.3
This ticket should probably be pushed, nothing else to do for 4.3
