Just a note. The footer on the webclient can get very large. See attachment.
Testing
Given the changes for the header and footer in 4.4 the issue will be tested on the
major browsers to see if it can still be replicated.

Scott, with #6190 this is no longer an issue as far as I can see. You're welcome to validate, but I think we can close this.
