Use XML-typed columns for XmlAnnotation

Description
Most DBs have an XML datatype which could be used for extra functionality. This would probably require some small changes since XmlAnnotation is currently a TextAnnotation and therefore uses the textValue column. Code general should be able to handle the difference, though.
