Description

This requirement is a follow-on to #2615, post 4.2.1. The most vital (and non-breaking) changes were introduced in #2615, and the rest of the stories added here.

This ticket is still referenced in the developer docs! Are we intending to do the remaining work anytime soon or are these a bunch of out-of-date and/or pie-in-the-sky to dos??

Which page is pointing at this? Largely the delete API work is done (though there will be some investigation during 5.0/5.1 by Mark) Other than adding support for the likes of user/group-deletion, I don't think there's much we need to actively warn people about at the moment, though.
