Trying to import a Lif.
Was importing before (wrongly too many channels 10: 2 valid and 8 not valid).

Updated B-F to r7009 I do not the parsing error.

  • Looking at the metadata using ImageJ: sizeC is 2, same in OMERO
  • I have 10 channels in DB linked to the pixels set, the first 2 are valid i.e. with statistics. The other 8 no stats.
  • Peter (owner) told me, we should only have 2 channels.

I think this is fixed in ​bio-formats:r7037 (trunk only). Note that the solution implemented there is temporary; the "real" fix is documented in ​bio-formats:#577.
