Created a file annotation (Protocol) with the OMERO.editor, then tried to delete it in the Attachments pane.

Delete failed with: 

ConstraintViolation: fkfileannotation_file_originalfile

File delete worked using hudson build of Insight (my Eclipse build wasn't running latest for some reason)
