- Create a file (E.g. create a Protocol using Editor, or attach a local file to an Image)
- Delete the file in the Annotations panel on the left of Insight
- Repeat where the file is attached to an Image, using the metadata panel to the right of Insight (choose Delete from drop-down list)
- Now create a file and and have another user (collaborative group) apply it to an Image/Dataset? etc.
- Try to delete the file - This should fail
- NB. If you are the owner of the group, the deleting File used by others will be allowed

Retested in Insight. All tests pass. Also confirmed that the binary files under Files are deleted accordingly.
Not yet tested in Webclient.
