FLIM: New flim script

Modify new flim script from Pieta to work against OMERO, this script uses MPI and works on the cluster. It currently does not have any OMERO elements to it
todo:

• get images from datasets
• work on subset of pixels
• upload results original file

• Update script to talk to OMERO
  • Add methods to get images from OMERO Datasets, containing control and experimental conditions. [DONE]
  • Update the script to attach PDF to Datasets [DONE]
  • Update script to attach CSV file to images.
• Set up cluster at Edinburgh
