Bug: History page does not respect current user

Description
I:
- clicked on "Data"
- From drop-down chose another user
- clicked on "History"
- was suprised to see my images as opposed to those from the other user.
This is probably a larger issue that we need to reconcile about in which context we're looking at whose data.
