Description

While trying to get fastcgi (#2637) working in a "threaded" configuration for operation on Windows (See ​http://code.djangoproject.com/ticket/8742) the odd exceptions in the attached log appeared. Carlos pointed out in a conversation that weblitz is not thread-safe. This story should contain any examples of thread-concurrency issues for cleanup.
