[4.2.1] Create snapshot of website

Description
For comparing the documentation of various versions, we need a snapshot of the documentation on plone and perhaps trac for when later users on a specific version request information.
Recently there was an issue where someone on 4.1 was using the 4.2 documentation for installing LDAP which did not work. Similarly, 4.2.1 changes the LDAP config synatx (#2636) which will break things again.

Handled via a manual copy of the plone pages to http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/omero420/.
Just in case, I also executed "wiki dump" on the omero, shoola, and ome-xml tracs:
