Description

After the changes to OmeroCli for login, drop box waits for user input (and fails with EOF).

Colin, I have a commit to fix this, but please look into any automatic tests that we have for FS to figure out why this has gone undetected. Thanks.

I think the testing here is very weak. I will look into adding an integration test to at least pick up repercussions of cli changes like these.
