Cancel / OK on delete questions

Description
All delete questions in the web come quickly after another with JavaScript? alert() boxes for which the two options are "Cancel" and "OK" it'd be nice if these were "Yes" and "No" for the second and third questions as clicking "Cancel" does not cancel the delete.

Chris, this is the same as #2937 which Ola moved to 4.2.2. If we need to discuss, we could put it on the agenda for this afternoon.
