Description
It would be nice if multi-select boxes that allow you to select users were sorted consistently throughout the application so that if you are looking for a particular user by name you don't have to inspect the entire set of users.

Sorry, those comments are related to the other issue. The list of users will be sorted by last name. Will fix it.

The same as #5651. That ticket has to be reopened, old sorting methods haven't been removed. Other forms hasn't been updated. It require general cleaning!

The select box shows list of users you are able to see. For example: members of active group under the DATA tab. PUBLIC tab does not require to show users, because you already see shares where you are an owner or member of.
