A brief overview of the video work conducted the week beginning 15th December 2008
Session One: Overview of Matlab and how it is being used to assist in the image analysis process of OMERO.
Session Two: Session recoding of the microscope process of a scientists, the process is documenting aspects of identifying good and bad images for a scientist early on in her career.
Session Three: From the microscope work conducted the video session provides an overview of the additional software used to support OMERO of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and how the images are cropped and refined in order for image presentation.
Continued follow up Work: Further follow up work planned for the 12th January to further capture the range and type of features and functionality used by supporting software with OMERO. Both at the start and end of the image manipulation process.
