From #1923: Save ROI in insight in parallel to Postgres and Alternative Storage, investigate Measurements and tags. Add tag selection to Measurement tool.
Original #3328: As part of the test in testing MongoDB as an alternative storage solution to Pytable/DB. We need to see how well we can map the requirements of a human generated ROI to MongoDB's functionality.
- Have the measurement tool working against MongoDB
- Save ROI to the Database and MongoDB in tandem.
