There has been some suggestions for the update of the workflow and functionality of the measurement tool.
- When merging ROIs the annotations are lost. If there is only an annotation on one ROIs, it should be kept.
- For example, A user marks 1 cell with an ROI and write its name under the annotations. Then in the following timepoints the cell is labelled and ROIs merged, the annotations of the first ROI are lost. It has been suggested that they stay there after merging.
- After merging ROIs, moving to the "intensity results view" and pressing "add all".
- All ROIs are out of sequence. If the user has a list of ROIs for timepoints 1,2,3,4,5,etc, then they will appear like 2,5,1,3,4. The users is then forced to sort the data after I export it to excel.
- After following a cell in 3D throughout all those timepoints and it is finally identified with ROIs. It would be nice to be able to make a movie with images selected by the ROIs. For example, T=1 Z=3, T=2 Z=6, T=3 Z=4, T=4 Z=5, T=5 Z=1 (this meaning that the cell goes up and down throughout time).
