Tagging multiple images

Replaces http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/shoola/ticket/1478

when tagging multiple images from insight, specifying new tag works, but after tag save, no tag is visible on thumbnail. Click elsewhere, then click on thumbnail, and tag is shown.
This all seems to work as expected with single images.
When multiple images are selected the annotations are not displayed, we may want to modify this and display all the tags (+other annotation) related to the selected images. The actual implementation (was like that in 4.1 too) seems to be misleading.
