Tag set organization would be a much more powerful feature if it were semantic:

  1. Something tagged with a subterm should be automatically findable with the superterm
  2. So, when filtering by tag in the hierarchy window or looking at tags in the tag window, you should be able to use the superterms (the tag set names) to bring up every image tagged with any subterm
