RFE: inactive "cut" on right-clicked orphan may be confusing

A user may not understand that there's no where to "cut" a dataset from when it's orphaned. The assumed logic for "copy" is that the object in question will then show up in two places, which is not what they want. Perhaps it makes sense to have copy and cut do the same thing for orphans.
