Change Z section while playing movie to allow for refocus event

Description
When a long movie is being recorded on the microscope the cells can drift in Z. To compensate for this the microscope may be refocused at arbitrary intervals, e.g. every 2-3 hours.
When the movie is played back the sharpest image of the cell may be:
z=6 for t= 1 to 200,
re-focus,
z=8 for t=201 to 385,
re-focus,
z=11 for t=386 to ...
Add ability to program this type of change in Z over time when playing back the movie. Or generating the movie to save.
