Add symlinks to build system with build name and without version name.

Description

Currently jars are produced of the form <component>-<version>.jar. E.g.:

  • server-TRUNK.jar
  • common-3.0-M1.jar

Desired are symlinks of the form <component>-<rev>.jar and <component>.jar.
